Beneficiary: for services rendered when the covered person is alive, it is the covered person, in case of the death of the covered person, it is his/her heir.
Place and Time of Risk Taking: the place and duration of the parties organized by Policyholder in the baths of Budapest Bath Directorate on Saturdays/Sundays (Sparty Events)
How to Claim the Insurance Services
The following documents are needed for the service:
Filled application form (available in regional offices, and may be downloaded from the company’s website)
an Accident Report recorded on the spot, with the name and contact information of witnesses,
a valid ticket
