You use the bath and its facilities at your own responsibility.

You cannot smoke in the bath building or the pools. Smoking is only allowed by the ashtrays next to the pool in the complex.

You can take photos with amateur gear for your own use. If you are a member of the press, please drop us a line at press@spartybooking.com to let us know of your visit so we can prepare an official permit for you.

We take photos and videos at the event which may also feature you. By entering you accepted that you must not claim any rights to these footages.

We do not take responsibility for lost items. Please use the changing room and storing facility that was assigned to you, and take care of your belongings. In case something goes missing, you have the opportunity to inquire about your stuff at Széchenyi Bath in person.

In case you lose the proxy-watch (the plastic wristband given at the entrance) that opens your lockers/cabins you must pay a fine.

We preserve the right to change the programmes or the venue.

Even if you have a valid ticket, we cannot let you enter Sparty after 1:00 am.

Yes, this means that you cannot go around the premises without them. You cannot be naked on the corridors, in the halls, or in the pools.

And your check-in size suitcases will have to stay at your place of stay, too. Because of security reasons we only allow regular size sportbags, handbags, tote bags etc. To the venue.
