On your selected Saturday from 9:30 pm Sparty’s gates will open and you have the opportunity to dive into the magnificent world of the Phoenix and experience the most extraordinary night of your stay in Budapest. 

To help you navigate through the night we had collected here all the essentials that you need to know

At the bars you will need to have a SpartyPay card to be able to pay. These cards can only be topped up with cash. Please make sure to have cash on you, since in the building there is no ATM!

At Sparty we operate a Recup system in order to minimize plastic waste. These Sparty Cups have to be purchased before ordering a beverage at the bars. 1 recup is 700 HUF. Please get your SpartyPay cards before placing any order at the bars. Recups can be returned and you will receive a 350 HUF refund on it. Please note that only 4 cups can be cashed back per SpartyPay card.

Flip flops are mandatory to wear in the bath. This is a central regulation, and we need to check it. Bring your own or you can purchase them at the check-in desk

In front of the building you will go through the security check. There will be two separate lines for women and men. Ticket checks are happening only in the building. No food, liquids or any sharp objects are allowed at the venue. Please listen carefully to our hosts, since they will coordinate you to get in as soon as possible.

Tickets will be scanned in the lobby at the middle table between the 2 columns. Here you will get your wristbands that will work as an entrance ticket and as the locker key. Once you are leaving you will have to return these wristbands or you will have to pay a fine.

Please have your QR coded tickets ready! If you can’t find them, first check your spam folder. If you still can’t find them, please send us a message with your order number to info@spartybooking.com

Please always make sure to properly lock your lockers or cabins before heading out to the pools. Please don’t jump/dive into the pools, don’t climb on each others’ shoulders and never smoke in the pools.

Please always obey the rules of Sparty (https://spartybooking.com/rules/). If you break any rules in the code of conduct, you will be escorted out from the premises.

SpartyPay top up points are in the lobby and next to the bars.

During the night you will witness many amazing acrobats performing, so be ready that you won’t be bored. If you wish, you can take pictures and videos, but don’t forget to tag us when you share them. Use @spartybudapest so we can also reshare your best memories.
